Intended for PCP Members to propose and discuss draft wording.  As per the MOU, a public announcement of the meeting will be made and the public will be able to call in to follow the discussion.  However, no formal time for public participation is scheduled. No report conclusions, viewpoints or wording will be finalized during this meeting, until they are subject to public comment during subsequent meetings.
